Clarence Edward Foy

He was born in Norfolk, Virginia on October 30, 1926. Clarence Foy graduated from Booker T. Washington High School. He was married to Thelma Foy on June 18, 1955.

Clarence Foy worked as an auditor for Naval Electronics Systems Engineering Center, Portsmouth, VA. He had a passion for Jazz, foreign languages and history.

He is survived by his Children, Des Pannell, Jacqueline Foy and Derrick Foy. His Grandchildren, Courtney, Chaz, Kelli, Lindsey, Everett, Daya, Sasha and Kealea.

Funeral arrangements will be held at 2:15 pm, January 21, 2021, at Hunter’s Creek Family Funeral Home.
