Last night i found out that a good friend passed away about 6 montgs ago. It breaks my heart to know that i will never see her again. I always looked forward to seeing her every morning before starting work. Infact, we would race to see who would get to the work 1st then brag about what we did ftom the moment we woke up to explain how we got to work before one another. 
Diane,
You were one of very few great friends in my life. You never judged me and always encouraged me. You didn't know me from Adam but embraced me as if we knew eachother for a lifetime.  I'm gonna miss your face, your smile, our crazy conversations and especially your cute smile and how much we laughed in the time we spent together. I still can't believe you're gone. My heart aches. You were always there for me even in my darkest moments. We always talked about your grandbabies as i always talked about my boys and the sports tge played. The light that shined so bright on your face when you spoke about them was priceless. I can go on and on but i know that it will not bring you back. I love you so much and i thank God that He allowed us to be in eachother's lives if only for a short while. You will be missed. God bless you and may your soul rest in His bosom.

To Diane's family.  I'm so, so sorry for your loss.  I just found out  and to say it stopped me in my tracks was an understatement.  Your mom was one of the kindest and sweetest people I had the pleasure to know.  Although we didn't get to see much of each other due to work, I will never forget the love she had for her children and grandchildren.

I was so sorry to hear of Diane's passing.  Working with Diane for many years includes memories of someone who had everything anyone could ever need in her little cubicle, someone who loved a good sale, cooking for others, Rainer cherries, and someone always willing to assist.  She was especially proud of and crazy about her grandsons.  I hope that she had a wonderful year to enjoy her retirement.  My thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends...

Diane was always so positive.  She shared her love of books with me.  She was always ready to lend a hand and a smile.  Her potato salad was the best.  Diane, you will be missed.

Diane was one of my few best friends. She was always there thru thick and thin, good and bad and even the ugly, (and if you know me you'll know there was a lot of bad and ugly.) She was always there for me.  She never asked me for anything, but was always there to lend a hand or to give me advise.  I am a better woman today having 
had Diane in my life.

Richie and Donna everything your mother did in life it was for you two. Then she made room for Patrick and Christina . As if her life couldn't get any better, along came Shawn, Brian and Xander. First thing walking in the door, was looking at all the new pictures. She was always a proud mama but now the proudest grandmother in the world. Her heart was filled with love, She was happy and content, the only thing that would have made her happier was if everyone lived here. She loved you so much.

My favorite memory of Diane was the day i got my Potbelly Pig Named (Pork Chop) She was up stairs and starts yelling "he/s got worms, he's got worms" I run upstairs and after I stopped laughing I had to tell her It was not a worm (not the type of worm she thought anyways) while rubbing his belly she found his gittchie spot Pork Chop was excited. I always teased her, no one else ever did that. Even Pork Chop loved your mother. LOL.

Whenever I was sad, or upset Diane would tell me come over, when i got there she would have a comfort meal ready for me. Chicken cutlets with corn and mashed potatoes (home made of course) and for desert her famous cheese cake. She always served the food on the fine china. I would tell her i was fine with paper plates, but she would say no I"m worth the fine china, she ate all her meals on the fine china that was a nice way of looking at life, so I adopted that in our household. Let all meals be on the good dishes, and eat at the table for family time. We love that idea. Thanks Diane. I never ate cheese cake until I had hers, (I didn't eat white cheese) It was delicious she never had to guess what to get me for holidays and birthdays, I was happy with a piece of cheese cake, (Well not just one piece...I'm a big girl.) LOL.

Diane you were a part of my family, I loved you, my mother loved you. I will never forget you, as you are always in my heart and will be forever in my memories.  I miss you my friend.
