We are extremely sorry for your loss. Joe was always a very kind hearted soul who was friendly to his neighbors and very caring as well. Over the past 5 years, I am very happy to have known Joe and grateful to call myself his friend. 

He will always be in our memory and our prayers for his soul and its comforting to know he is in heaven now.

Although Joey (Peanuts) was not my blood relative he will always be family to me.  I gave so many great memories of all the times we spent together through the years, I will treasure them always. I hope Joe has dancing with all our angels.  Forever remembered - Forever loved 💕

I am so sorry to hear about Joe’s (Peanut’s) passing.  I knew him as a kid growing up on Clinton Street in Brooklyn.  My cousins lived on 364 Clinton Street and I lived in the Bronx with my family.  When we would come to visit I would see Joe, Paul and Joey Tutone and he was my first crush.  Many years later we would reconnect through his cousin Marie who lived in upstate New York and we kept in touch right up to his passing.  He will always be in my thoughts and prayers.

I am writing this for my father who i  never really had.
 The reality of your death has brought with it a different kind of pain—a mourning for a relationship that existed only in my imagination.  It is the end of a hope that  I had long held onto, a silent only wish that one day we would get the chance to know each other correctly as adults. 
There is a sadness in realizing that possibility is now gone forever. I am grieving not only your absence but also the absence you left behind while you were here. I learned to be resilient and to build my own family, but that doesn’t erase the void you left behind. While I may not have known you as I got older, I still feel the weight of this loss. I have found my own path in life, but your memory, or rather, the idea of you, has been a quiet companion.
 May you find peace with God and free of pain and I hope that in your passing, I can find my own peace as well..
