

Joe graduated from Urbandale High School and joined the Air Force until 1975.
Joe was a residential home builder for over forty years. He was a stained glass artist and wood worker who loved working with his hands in his garage shop. He was always there for his friends and community often helping people with repairs to their homes or finding employment in the construction industry.
Joe had a very special place in his heart for animals, he and his wife frequently fostered animals for the local animal rescues.
Joe’s family was his world, his top priority. He loved his family immensely, always willing to come to their aid when needed and always providing the best protection and guidance.
Joe was proceeded in death by his Father, Joseph Anthony Locastro Sr.
Joe is survived by his loving wife, Diane Locastro (Wolf); his sister Karen Savick (Mike); his three children, Amberly and Austyn Locastro, Nova Taylor (Bruce); his three Grandchildren, Michael Taylor (Ariana), Anthony Taylor, Meadow Taylor and four Great-Grandchildren, Heartly, Luca, Tony, and Cecilia; Niece, Kyla, and Nephew, Jason. He is also survived by his mother, Patricia (Pat) Locastro.
Funeral services will be held on April 4, 2026 starting at 1:00 pm at Family Funeral Care located at 13001 S. John Young Pkwy, Orlando, FL 32837.
