Dawson, Margaret B. passed away at her home surrounded by her children on Sunday, Oct. 7, 2012. She was born Margaret K. Brooks in Russellville, KY on Nov. 12, 1929. She attended Western KY University and served as Secretary to the Director of the Atomic Energy plant in Oakridge TN. She moved to Orlando in 1951 where she married, raised her children, and became a member of First Pres. Church of Orlando. She returned to work later in life and retired from ORMC as Assistant to the Director of Finance. She is survived by children Betsy Mierswa, Diane Robinson, and Bart Dawson; grandchildren Myles and Derek Mierswa, Maggie Robinson, Kaylie and Stephanie Dawson. She has 2 great grandchildren. Services will be held Saturday, Oct. 13, 2012 at Carey Hand Colonial Funeral Home on Curry Ford Rd in Orlando with Visitation at 12:00 PM and Service at 1:00 PM.
