passed away peacefully on
Sunday, September 7, 2014,
after a courageous
battle with cancer.
She was born June 24, 1968,
in Ecuador, the daughter of Rafael
and Maria Salazar.
She is survived by her parents,
brothers Patrick, Juan and Richie
and her loving sister Ines.
Followed by her two nephews,
Jordan and Brandon.
Jackie will be remembered
by her family and friends
as a very special and loving person
that touched the hearts
of all who knew her with her smile.
She will be greatly missed.
