Nelson Raul Martinez

Nelson Raul Martinez 64, passed away on April 20, 2015 at home in Orlando, Florida. He was the son of Raul Martinez and Providencia Delgado and was born April 8, 1951 in Yabucoa, Puerto Rico. He was the husband of Miriam Martinez and father to Nelson Edward Martinez, Sylvia Martinez Axtell and Nelson Raul Martinez III. He also leaves behind his sisters, Noraida, Dinorah and Merry Lee Martinez all of Minnesota. Nelson grew up in Brooklyn, New York with his family. In 1977 he moved to California with his wife and children. He worked at McDonnell Douglas and Hufcor Airwall. In 2001 Nelson moved to Orlando, Florida where he cared for his aging parents. He enjoyed spending time with his family. Nelson helped many family members by showing care and compassion throughout his life. He is loved and will be missed. Visitation will be April 23, 2015 from 12 pm - 4 pm, then services at 4 pm at Baldwin Fairchild Pine Castle Chapel, 5800 Hansel Avenue, Orlando, FL 32809 407 855-5800
