Rosa tuvo una carrera en la ciudad de Nueva York como operadora de máquinas para Eagle Electric, donde trabajó durante más de 20 años. Además, tuvo 3 trabajos a la vez para criar a sus hijas como madre soltera. Le apasionaba coser, cocinar, jugar parques y, sobre todo, ayudar a los demás. Su familia era lo más importante en su vida. Era la mejor madre del mundo. Ella será eternamente extrañada y nunca olvidada.

A Rosa le sobrevivien sus tres hijas: Lucero Méndez, Liliana Méndez y Wendy Tous; sus nietos: Jancarlo, Michelle, Catherine, Kevin, Ashley, Anthony, Aileen, Marilyn, Johanna y Stephania. También le sobreviven sus hermanos: Teresa, Ana, Lucy, Fanor e Inés; su nuera, Mary y sus yernos, Alejandro y Richie.

Los arreglos han sido confiados a Family Funeral Care en Orlando, Florida. Se llevará a cabo un velorio el 16 de febrero de 2022 de 3:00 p. m. a 6:00 p. m., seguido de un servicio de oración, de 6:00 p. m. a 8:00 p. m.

Rosa Escobar, 83, of Kissimmee, Florida, entered heavenly peace on February 10, 2022. She was born in Boyacá, Colombia, on March 8, 1938.

Rosa had a career in New York City as a machine operator for Eagle Electric, where she worked for more than 20 years. In addition, she worked 3 jobs at once to raise her children as a single mother. She was passionate about sewing, cooking, playing parks, and most of all, helping others. Her family was the most important thing in her life. She was the best mother in the world. She will be eternally missed and never forgotten.

Rosa is survived by her three daughters: Lucero Mendez, Liliana Mendez, and Wendy Tous; her grandchildren: Jancarlo, Michelle, Catherine, Kevin, Ashley, Anthony, Aileen, Marilyn, Johanna, and Stephania. She is also survived by his siblings: Teresa, Ana, Lucy, Fanor and Inés; her daughter-in-law, Mary and her sons-in-law, Alejandro and Richie.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Family Funeral Care in Orlando, Florida. A viewing will be held on February 16, 2022 from 3:00 p.m. m. to 6:00 p.m. m., followed by a prayer service, from 6:00 p.m. m. to 8:00 p.m. m.
