Stacey Nichole Schaefer

Stacey Nichole Schaefer, 53, life-long resident of Orlando, died on Tuesday, August 3 after a long illness. She was one of three daughters born to Fred Schaefer and Barbara (Kicklighter) Price. Stacey had the wonderful opportunity of working at the Walt Disney Corp. for 17 magical years. Her favorite getaway places were the beach and traveling to Colorado to visit her best friend, Teresa whom she loved like another sister. Listening to country music, spending time shopping, video calling and attending the Strawberry Festival were some of her most enjoyed activities. A loving and generous daughter, sister and friend, she will be dearly missed by all who knew her. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her sisters: Michelle Rose and husband David McCurdy, Shannon Schaefer, Summer Schaefer and Tina Price; several nieces and nephews and her beloved bulldog, Otis.

Relatives and friends are invited to call on Sunday, August 8 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home, Orlando. A funeral service will follow at 12:00 p.m. She will be laid to rest privately in Taylor Memorial Cemetery, Howey-in-the-Hills, FL.
