She was born in Chelsea, Massachusetts on January 30, 1931 and was the daughter of the late Charles and Stephanie Weeks.
Virginia was the beloved wife of the late John Neisius, Sr. She was the loving mother of John Nei Jr. and his wife Claudia Neisius of Winter Park , FL, Joanne Mackay and her husband John of Long Beach, CA, David Neisius of Kissimmee, FL. She was the grandmother of John, Michael, John and Jeffrey, also a great grandmother.
