Carole (Davis) Newman

Born on December 25, 1934, in Lynn, MA, Carole was the daughter of the late Frank and Cecilia Davis. She was also predeceased by her brother Paul Davis of Lynnfield, MA and sister Ann Janus of Weeki Wachee, FL. She is survived by her sister June Bourque of Wellesley, MA, and many beloved nieces and nephews.

Carole was a proud graduate of St. Mary’s High School, Boston College, and Boston University. She dedicated her life to caring for others, making a lasting impact through her work as a Nurse Practitioner and Professor. Her compassion and dedication touched countless lives.

Carole and Ray enjoyed many joyful summers sailing across Long Island Sound while living in Connecticut. After retiring to Cape Cod, they created many cherished memories with their dear friends.

A devoted daughter, wife, sister, and aunt, Carole was especially grateful for the love and support of her niece, Cheryl Harmon of Glastonbury, CT, during her final years at Linden Ponds. Cheryl was lovingly assisted by her sister Kimberly Dhuyvetter of Lewis Center, OH, and their brother Mark Janus of Glastonbury, CT.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, May 10th at St. Joan of Arc Church in Orleans, MA.
