Dorothy was born on Staten Island, NY on October 5, 1922, to Robert and Ann (Wilson) Dusold. Dorothy graduated from New Dorp High School on Staten Island.
Dorothy married Leo Gill and they raised their family in Orleans, MA.
Dorothy is survived by her son Bob Gill, and daughter Diane Merrill both of Orleans; her sister Jean Meadows of VA and many nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
Dorothy is predeceased by her husband Leo and her son Richard Gill.
