Gerard M Ritzinger

Born on April 24, 1947 in New York, NY, he was the son of the late Gerard and Catherine (McDonough) Ritzinger. He was raised in Parkchester, NY.

Jerry earned a degree in Business Administration at St. Peter’s College in Jersey City, NJ. He spent his career in commercial banking including retiring from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York in 2001.

Jerry retired to Cape Cod with his wife Barbara. Jerry loved spending hours upon hours trying to perfect his game of golf. Unfortunately, the game of golf didn’t always love him back.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara (Jones) Ritzinger; his son Robert Ritzinger and his wife Melissa of New York, NY; his daughter Kathryn Ritzinger of New York, NY and his grand-dog Monty.

A private celebration of life will take place in the New York area at a date and time to be determined.
