She was the wife of Harold T Hall, Jr.
Mrs Hall graduated from Nashua High School and went to work for the New England Telephone Company. She then worked in the testing laboratory and later as a Switchboard Operator and Receptionist for Textron, Inc and Pittsfield General Hospital (Berkshire Medical Center). After she married, she spent her days as a loving mother and homemaker.
Besides her husband Hal, survivors include her two children, Pamela Hall McCarty and her husband Denis of Dalton, MA and Steven Hall and his Wife Carolyn Fushimi of Silver Fork, Utah; two grandchildren, Erin McCarty Redd and her husband Charles of Dalton, MA and Kelly McCarty Ziemba and her husband James of Cheshire. Her great grandchildren, Kiana Redd, Anthony Redd, Brodie Ziemba and little Ania (Grace) Elizabeth (to arrive in May) were the light of her life.
Lu lived life with passion, her love for family, friends and animals was unshakable. She lived well into her 90th year with a clear mind and a loving husband. Married June 18, 1949, Hal and Lu had 67 years of true love. They honeymooned in one of the Three Sisters Lighthouses while located at the Halls Cottages on Cable Road at Nauset Light Beach in Eastham. Mom would joke that it was now a historical site! Her wit and humor were sharp, and she made her own choices to the end. We love her and will miss her always, keeping her close in our hearts.
