Lou was born Sanford, FL, she was the daughter of the late Effie Louise and Edmund Davis. She was raised in Sanford, FL and Whitman, MA.
Lou’s life can be encapsulated by three “F” words, Family, Friends and Fashion. Her sparkling personality, grace and charm will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her daughter Kimberly Higgins Walwer and her husband Gary, her son Todd Higgins and his girlfriend Lisa Lunden, grandsons Nicholas Walwer and Matthew Walwer, great grandsons Nathaniel and Oisin Walwer.
Lou is predeceased by her husband’s Charles. B Higgins and Albert W. Potts Jr.
A private burial and celebration of life will be held in October.
