Philip H. Jones

Brewster - Philip Havener Jones, "Flip', 'Flippee', 'Papa" 67, passed away suddenly, but peacefully on August 5, 2016 at his beautiful home, that he built with lots of help from family and many friends.

Born December 6, 1948 in Worcester, MA, to Robert and Virginia Jones. He was raised in Auburn, MA and graduated from Auburn High School Class of 1966, where he then met the love of his life Donna Haines "Onnie". For 50 years they traveled to many destinations together, settling on Cape Cod in the 70's. He was a Jack-of-all trades but most of all, loved and excelled in his own foundation business. He was an avid reader, scrabble extraordinaire, Karate, Music, playing pool and animals, were some of his favorite hobbies, being in the great outdoors, camping, or boating on the water with friends and family was where he was happiest, but most of all time well spent with family brought him the most pleasure.

He and Onnie raised two boys together, David and Jesse Jones, the other loves of his life. David and his wife Liz have two sons. Logan and Caleb, who adored their "Papa" and all his stories, and adventures with them. Jesse and his wife Sonja, and their baby boy on the way, have all brought such incredible joy to their life.

Phil is predeceased by his brother Peter Jones, and survived by his sister Sandi Conti her spouse Bob Conti, and Sister in law, Gale Jones and their daughters, spouses, and children.

Flips unconditional generosity and love of people brought him the most happiness in his life.
