

He was born on March 19, 1920 in Eastham, MA and lived there all is life. He served in World War II in the US Coast Guard, the US Maritime Service, and the US Army.
He was a plumber for 30 years and worked all over Eastham and Orleans. He was active for many years in the Boys Scouts in Eastham.
Besides his loving wife, he is survived by his sons Jerry W. Fulcher of Chatham, and Duane B. Fulcher of Long Island, NY, a grandson Michael A. Fulcher of Weymouth, a sister Ellen Janet Westergaard of Eastham, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was the father of the late Stephen Fulcher.
His visitation will be held on Monday, January 30, 2012 from 5-6 p.m. followed by his service at 6 p.m. in the Nickerson Funeral Home, 77 Eldredge Park Way, Orleans, MA.
