She was born on April 4, 1940 in Boston to the late John Samiotes and Constantina Wouralis
Sophia worked and retired at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute in Boston as an accounts payable clerk.
She enjoyed vacationing with her family in the summers on Cape Cod, taking walks on the beach, having ice cream with her grandchildren, and spending time with friends. She also enjoyed reading with members from a local book club and watching old movies.
Sophia was an active member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses in Eastham.
Sophia is survived by her four children: Stephen Warren of Cape Cod; Christina Buckley from Wellfleet, and her sons Richard from Harwich, Joseph from Wellfleet, and Leo and wife Carolyn of Middlebury, CT; her son Philip and wife Kate and two daughters Ashley and Alison from Natick; her daughter Lisa Kallianidis and husband Stan and son Michael from Bourne. Also, survived by three great grandchildren Leo, Evan, and Claire. Also survived by her sister Ourania and husband Chester and their son Wayne and wife Stephanie from South Carolina. She was predeceased by her late husband, James E. Warren.

A community gathering of close friends and family will be held at the Lily House, 40 Pocahontus Road , in Wellfleet on Thursday, April 11th from 1:00 - 4:00 PM.
