Corrie Jean Wilson

Corrie Jean Wilson, age 86, passed away peacefully on October 20, 2025, surrounded by love.

Jean was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Alton and Ella Lawrence, and her brother, James Lawrence. She is survived by her devoted husband of 67 years, James Wilson; daughters Sheryl (Mark) Keener and Laurie Graham; son Tony Wilson; six cherished grandchildren—Jenessa, Garrett, Sarah, Colin, Brandon, and Justin; and her adored great-granddaughter, Ella. Jean also leaves behind many loving relatives and friends who will miss her deeply.

Jean was a woman of great warmth, strength, and compassion. She was the heart of her family—steadfast, nurturing, and always there when you needed her. With a fiery spirit and a heart full of love, she kept everyone grounded. Her love was fierce, her laughter contagious, and her guidance unwavering. To know Jean was to be loved by her.

She found joy in life’s simple pleasures—bargain hunting on a good shopping trip, tending to her garden, staying active at the Y, and especially spending time by the ocean. Her presence was a gift, and her legacy of love, loyalty, and resilience will live on in the hearts of those who knew her.
