Your mother, grandmother, and great grandmother was a very special person.  She had a giving personality, who always wanted to help and lift the spirits of those around her.  

She had an “Exceptional Love For Life” that was experienced by all who knew her; including the children she helped at the elementary school where she volunteered for over a decade!

But that “Love For Life” particularly shone brightly when she went bowling; SHE LOVED TO BOWL!  Her teammates and opposing team members knowing how competitive she was, enjoyed trying to beat her; but, soon learned those occasions were slim, far and few between.

Your mom was always special to me and my family.  Your Mom and Dad, my Mom and Dad and Uncle Frank and Aunt Adele were inseparable!  We have such fun, good, loving and special memories of our frequent trips to Florida and the time we all spent together. My children, Lisa, Felicia, and Maria, loved to spend time at your Mom and Dad’s house.  

Your mom’s giving personality was always present but particularly during difficult times.  She was there for my mom assisting and supporting her when my dad had his stroke and when my mom became ill, she was there helping and supporting her; but, also me and Ellen Sue.

She is now with Our Lord and Savior!  May all she has given to all of us, throughout her life, be shone on her by Our Lord in Heaven!

On behalf of the Lefford family, we are sending our deepest condolences....words cannot describe grandma V. Everyone knew her and everyone loved her. She made the world a better place and each person that knew her smiled a bit more, learned a bit more and loved a bit more. She will be missed.

Hey #1 and #3 you know that I feel your loss and am grateful that we became so close over the last few years.  Your Mom, my Aunt and Confirmation Sponsor was such a special force in our lives.  She took care of my Dad when Pop pop went to the hospital and my Dad went to work for Pop Pop to save his job and Aunt Phil took my Dad's paper routes and other odd jobs to save them for him.  Life was so different 80-85 years ago.  People took care of each other.  Your Mom lived that life always.  She always walked with her head down and had a knack for finding money and 4-leaf clovers.  I have one of her clovers in my wallet.  She told me that if you win money you should give some of it away but if you find money you must keep it or you will give away your luck.  My Guardian Angel has finally been reunited with her Mom, Dad and Brothers.  You remain forever in my heart Aunt Phil.  Much Love #2

So very sorry for the loss of Aunt Phil.  She was one of a kind and very good to me and my family.  So many wonderful memories I have to cherish especially since  she always had a camera in her hand!  I’ll never forget her and always be thankful for how much she loved me and my children.

I remember coming down for a visit with Patty and hiding in the back seat of the car to surprise you, and you being scared thinking it was the dog! You always called me Pupo and I never thought to much of what it meant, my brother looked it up and it means baby, kiddo, doll. I should have known it was something sweet coming from you. Give everyone a big hug from us up in heaven and always be at peace. Love you Aunt Phil always.

I love you Mom, I miss you so much already. There’s so many memories , yet I can’t even think of one particular moment right now. You were always there to help no matter what it was, always worried if I ate,always trying to help in some way, it’s those little things that I will miss. I know that you finally found nana and pop pop and home again ,safe with all the family around you, especially little Debbie, I love you very much and will miss every day until we meet again,Michael

My Aunt Phil’s door was always open. Loved having company in Florida. She always asked me, when are you coming down?  Now I know I wish I’d gone down more often.🥲 You’re now reunited with Uncle Jack, Nana and Pop Pop, Aunt Bev, Uncle Frank, Debbie and Uncle Tony. Give them all hugs and kisses for me. I love you Mom, I will miss everyday until we meet again. You were a caring daughter to your mother and father,a devoted wife,and a loving mother,a grandmother and a great grandmother,you’ve always been thoughtful and helpful in many ways. I saw how hard you and Pop worked to give Patty and me some of the things in life you and Pop never had. I learned many things from the two of you,good life lessons,things that helped me through life and raising my own child. You thought I wasn’t paying attention but I fooled ya,😂, I was. I am sad that you are no longer with us, but I know you are in paradise and reunited with Pop and all the family. I love you and miss you.
