

Dr. Jack Soliman, a beloved physician, husband, and father, passed away peacefully on October 15, at the age of 70. Known for his compassion, dedication, and unwavering and humble commitment to caring for others, Jack touched countless lives both within his family and throughout the community he served.
Jack is survived by his loving wife, Samiha, and his children, Jane and John, who will forever remember his wisdom and warmth. His dedication to making sure his children were brought up bilingual was a legacy he was proud of. He was an excellent deacon and taught his children the ancient language of Coptic and countless complicated hymns. Always singing, whistling, or humming, his family and patients could always hear him coming by the sound of his beautiful singing voice or precision whistling.
His healing and kindness live on in every patient he cared for and every life he lifted with his generosity of spirit.
A service to honor Jack’s life will be held on October 25, 2025 at 12 p.m. at St. George Coptic Orthodox Church in Daytona Beach, followed by burial service at 1:30 p.m. at Volusia Memorial Park in Ormond Beach. Friends, family, colleagues, and former patients are welcome to attend to celebrate the remarkable life of a man who gave so much to so many.
His kindness, generosity, and integrity will never be forgotten.
