Joseph James Tavolacci, Sr., 82, of Ormond Beach, a real estate agent and co-owner of Tavolacci Real Estate, Flagler Beach, died Wednesday at Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center. Mr. Tavolacci was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., and moved to this area in 1990 from Long Island, N.Y. He was a member of the Flagler Board of Reality, the Elks Lodge and the Italian American Club, of Palm Coast. Left to cherish his memory is his son Joseph, Jr., Ormond Beach, daughters, Donna Mascia, Ormond Beach, and Denise Gallo, Palm Coast and five grandchildren. He was predeceased by two brothers, Thomas and Anthony and a sister Gracie. The family will receive friends Monday 4-7 p.m. at Volusia Memorial Funeral Home 548 N. Nova Rd. Ormond Beach. A memorial mass will be celebrated Tuesday 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church 89 St. Mary’s Place Bunnell, Fl.
