Lucyle was preceded in death by her loving husband, Albert S. Risi. Albert and Lucyle met at their common workplace in 1955 at Westinghouse, and within a year, they were married at the Church of the Blessed Sacrament in Jackson Heights, New York, on April 30, 1956. They were happily married for 52 years until Albert's passing in 2008. Lucyle and Albert had two children, Mark A. Risi and Laura R. Cook. The family resided in New York until Albert's work took them to Ormond Beach, Florida, in 1971. Lucyle had one older sister, Christine Ahrens, who she adored and who preceded her in death.
Along with her two children, Lucyle had two grandchildren, James Risi and Sarah Rotavera, along with five great-grandchildren: Valer, Ava, Stella, Adriana, and Grant, who all brought her much joy and laughter.
Lucyle enjoyed watching many different sports and movies, along with playing tennis while Albert was on the golf course. She enjoyed her outings with friends and going to the gym. Her life was one of love, caring, and giving to all of her family and will be dearly missed.
Per Lucyle's request not to have a service, the family will hold a private Celebration of Life service for her.
