Stella DiDonato

Stella was born on 3/11/14 in San Giovanni in Galdo, Campobasso, Italy. She lived in Philadelphia, PA, and then moved to South Daytona, FL. She was married to Giovanni DiDonato (deceased). She had three children, Giovanna DiDonato McKiernan (spouse Tom), Carmela Ciarlillo (spouse Quintino), Saverio DiDonato (spouse Barbara) and seven grandchildren, Carmela Johnson (Tom), Stella Ney (Mick), Joe Ciarlillo (deceased), Antonietta Ciarlillo (Tony), John DiDonato (Anita), Joe DiDonato (Jessica), Vince DiDonato (Colleen). She had 13 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

She loved to cook and bake for family and friends, garden and crochet. She had a big heart, a quick wit and a twinkle in her eyes when she laughed. She died Thanksgiving Day, and we are so thankful for her life. She loved everybody, especially God and Jesus ("He's the best one!").

Funeral service will be held at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 600 S. Nova Road, Ormond Beach on Monday, 11/28/11 at 2:00 pm. The family will be receiving friends for an hour prior to the funeral service, at church. Place of entombment is Volusia Memorial Park, 550 N. Nova Road, Ormond Beach.
