William (Billy) Edward Owens Jr. passed away January 12, 2014 at his residence surrounded by his family. He was born December 31, 1945 in Scranton, PA and has been a long time resident of Florida. For many years he was the maintenance supervisor for Bethune-Cookman University. Billy leaves behind his loving wife, Donna (Dee Bird), children, and grandchildren. At his request service will be private.
