Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Dewey and Eva Towner and 3 siblings.
Bill is survived by his loving wife Georgia, daughters, Robin (Vaughn) Baxter, Gina (Jaymes Bullet) Devello; grandchildren Candiss Baxter, Carlee (Gage) Sharpton; great grandson, Tucker Sharpton.
Bill retired from Peoples Gas after numerous years with the company.
Bill loved to be outdoors, he loved hunting and fishing and just being with nature. Bill had a love for Harley motorcycles and owned over 26 motorcycles over the course of his lifetime. Bill was very generous, very kind spirit and never met a stranger; but most of all, Bill's love for his family and friends showed in the kindness given to all. Bill was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and friend. He will truly be missed by all.
Gathering of family and friends will be Friday September 27, 5 pm till 8 pm at the Volusia Memorial Funeral Home in Ormond Beach, Florida
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made in Bill's honor to Halifax Health Hospice.
