RIP to Brij Uncle
I have so many fond memories growing up with Brij Uncle and Pushpa Auntie. They were like second parents to many of us growing up. 

I will always remember Uncle's warm smile and gentle demeanour. He had a way of making everyone feel so comfortable around him. 

You will be missed Brij Uncle - may you Rest In Peace along with Pushpa Auntie


Bridge and Pushpa were our neighbours from the time that we moved into our new homes.  We will always remember them as the friendly, kind people they were.  We often met Bridge on our daily walks and would stop for a chat.  He missed Pushpa terribly and it is good to think that they are now together again.

Our Heartfelt Condolences to Brijmohanji. He was a great man and a very good friend. We knew him since 1980 and had very good memories of getting together at our home and having a wonderful time. We pray for his soul to find eternal peace.

You were gem of a human being , compassionate and soft at heart . Always trying to help others and taking care with best possible means. We always looked forward to your visit to India and will always cherish the moments of life spent together with you.. For 38 years Brij has been our neighbour and we enjoyed his gentle nature, warm smile and caring during conversations. 
His lovely wife, Pushpa has now opened  her arms  to receive Brij in togetherness and happiness again.

Thank you Brij and longtime colleagues who set us on our way to careers in Civil Engineering, in 1985.   He taught the skills we needed to earn a living.  His sacrifice as a teacher, guided  me  to  a long time career, notable projects,   starting at the Darlington Generating Station.   I owe a him a great debt of gratitude.  Canada owes him. His powerful math and engineering skills came to life on the chalk board.  He taught with great care and compassion.   He was a shining example of the things we could achieve.  So valuable to have known him as a teacher.  Thankyou my brother. Peace to you forever. 

Our deepest sympathies to Brij's family and friend's! I was Brij's students at Durham College in 1969.  Brij probably didn't know what an influence he had on his students, but  he did!  I am now retired from the Municipality of the Region of Durham.  Ending my career as the Senior Project Coordinator of Construction & Asset Management.
Brij was a kind and gentle man who was dedicated to his students and Durham College.  May he Rest in Peace! Amen 🙏 🙌 👏

Dear Logani Family,
I am sorry to hear of the passing of Brij. I was a colleague who worked with Brij at Durham College in Science and Engineering Technology. 
Brij was a quiet, kind and humble man who loved to teach. He always looked forward to travelling back to India to see his family.
Thinking of you in this difficult time. 



A intellect mind came from India to Canada with engineering degree and 100 dollars in his pocket. Brij Logani worked very hard and made his mark in Canadian Society .He transformed many lives in his 35 years of career as teacher. In his last days he faced his sufferings alone with courage and perseverance.May his pious soul rest in peace. Dr A Logani ( nephew)

I worked with him at Durham College in the School of Science and Engineering Technology.  He was a calm, kind  professor. Always doing his best to ensure students understood the new concepts.

I know he loved to teach and struggled with retiring from what he loved to do, but I am sure he made an impact on many graduate.

In Loving Memory of Brij Logani (1939 - 2023)

We come together to remember the gentle soul of Brij Logani, who left us on the 1st of June, 2023, at the age of 84. The legacy he left behind is rich with lessons of perseverance, kindness, love, and simplicity.

Brij was a successful man who emigrated from India to Canada, facing considerable challenges and obstacles. Despite his successes, he remained a humble and simple man. He was soft-spoken, his kindness was an intrinsic part of his nature, reaching out and touching everyone who had the fortune to cross his path. 

His profound love for his wife, Pushpa, was the epitome of timeless devotion. Brij and Pushpa's love story was one that could rival any romantic novel, teaching us the true meaning of unconditional love, respect, and companionship. The bond they shared was a shining example of enduring love that continues to inspire and comfort us all.

Today, as we remember Brij, we honor the remarkable life he led. His spirit, his kindness, and his love for life will forever be etched in our hearts. Brij Logani was not just a man, but a symbol of resilience, a model of modesty, a beacon of love, and an inspiration to all who knew him.

As we say our goodbyes, let's remember Brij for the remarkable man he was, cherishing the memories he left behind. Let us find solace in the love he shared, the lives he touched, and the legacy he leaves behind.

My sincere condolences to the family. Mr Logani has been a customer of mine for many many years.  I first met him at Shoppers post office and later Scott's IDA post office. He always had a smile for me and we enjoyed some small conversation.  I will definitely miss him coming to visit the post office.  May he rest in peace.

Brij had been our neighbour for over 40 years; when we moved into our new homes about the same time.    A quiet, caring gentleman.  We are saddened by his loss.   There is comfort however,  knowing that he is now at peace from grieving the loss of his dear wife.  He will always be remembered as one of our best original neighbours.
