Passed away peacefully with family by her side on November 2nd, 2013 at the youthful age of 90. Predeceased by her husband Morley (1989). Loving mother of Marilyn (Wayne) Snary, Sandra (Greg) Pearson and Ruth (David) Forrester. Adored grandmother of eight grandchildren - Angela (Jane), Dan (Karrie), Amy (Brian), Jason, Kate, Adam, Everett and Benjamin. Proud great grandmother of Linkin, Harlow, Clayton and Dempsey. Dora will be missed by her brother Roy (Bev), her sister Shirley (Joe) and brother-in-law Ross (late Verna), as well as by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Visitation will be held at the LITTLE BRITAIN COMMUNITY BAPTIST CHURCH, 489 Eldon Road, Little Britain, on Tuesday, November 5th, 2013 from 12:30 p.m. until time of Funeral Service at 3:00 p.m. Burial to follow at Little Britain Christian Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to the OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234). In lieu of flowers memorial donations will be gratefully accepted for the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Canadian Cancer Society.
