Peacefully with her family by her side at Rouge Valley Health Care – Ajax Site on Sunday, June 12th, 2016 in her 86th year. Beloved wife of the late Glen Hammond. Loving mother of Lynn Hammond and Robin Allison. Cherished grandmother of Brittany and Rebecca. Dear sister of Delores Leney and sister-in-law of Phyllis Hewie, Sharon and Allan Reid, Margaret Hammond and Donna Behnke. Jane will be fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation will be held at the OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Thursday, June 16th from 10:00 a.m. until time of the Funeral Service in the Chapel at 11:00 a.m. Interment Thornton Cemetery.
