My deepest sympathies go out to Jerry's family. I am sadden to hear about Jerry's passing. I have been working with Jerry for many years, as he intrusted me in looking after his property in Hastings.  Jerry was a kind, thoughtful and honest man and will be deeply missed.

My deepest sympathies to Jerry's family. I have been working with Jerry the past year on my cousin Richard Chepak's estate taxes he was a great friend of my cousin.  Jerry was a wonderful man and gave me some sound advice on the very complicate estate.  I will personally miss him very much.

Jerry was my manager at Ministry of Finance.  Whether its work related or other issues, he is always there to give support and guidance.  He always had that charming smile on his face.  My condolences to his family and friends.

I have known Jerry Sheehan since 1975, when we were both attending York University, for our MBA.  Jerry was a good friend and was a dedicated student. He excelled in Economics and Finance. After graduation we stayed in touch and he became one of my best friends in life. He invited me and my wife to his cottage in Hastings/Rice Like, for some fishing. I invited him to Ithaca NY,  for fishing in Cayuga Lake. We stayed in touch by e-mail and phone for 40 years. He got to know my family and my 3  kids, where he would give $100 bill gift to each of my young kids.....Jerry was a hard worker, a very honest person and very knowledgeable in Investments and Finance. In the last 5 years we became even closer friends when he was advising me on Investments.I shall miss him...he was a true friend, and a fine Canadian. My wife was also very sad to hear of his passing. I prayed to God, last night, and pleaded to God that he  reserve a good spot in heaven for Jerry Sheehan.

Jerry was my manager for several years at the Tax Appeals Branch of the Ministry of Revenue. He was my coach, my mentor, and my listener. He was always fair; he respected each person he knew; and he was a good boss. He has left us far too early in his life. I will miss him very much. Aris John Haalboom
