Passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Thursday, March 1st, 2012, in her 82nd year. Beloved wife of the late James Gallagher. Loving mother of Anita Ruston (Dave), Barry Assinck (Monica), Donald Assinck (Tihomira), Monique Judge (Gregory) and predeceased by her son Bobby. Cherished Oma of 13 grandchildren. Dear sister of Mimi Terwoerds, Bernard Brevink, Toos Olthof, and predeceased by Herman and Siny. Visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Monday, March 5th from 2 – 4 & 7 – 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Tuesday, March 6th at 11:00 a.m. Cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Kidney Foundation.
