John Heath, age 87, passed away in hospital on December 21, 2024, with his daughter by his side.
He was predeceased by his wives, Bev (1959-1987) and Margaret (1990-2023).
John leaves behind his daughter, Tracy Lenartowicz (Lee – predeceased), granddaughter Lee-Ann, and son, David Heath.
Stepfather to Cathy Fishley (Mike) and Derek Foran, as well as a step-grandfather to Jake and Rylie.
John was predeceased by his sisters Betty Matthew, Irene Hele, Anne Furey, Ethel Colvin, and Marian Walker.
He will be deeply missed by his many nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
John spent 36 years working as an engineer at General Motors (Oshawa) and was able to enjoy his retirement surrounded by loved ones.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family are kindly asking for donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of your choice.
