Lois you welcomed me into the family and gave me some wonderful times. Lois you loved the cottage life, among other things, loved your family and touched many lives who will treasure those memories. Lois is greatly missed.

I wish to express my deepest sympathy to you Lisa and your entire family on the loss of your Mom. You had kind words to say about her on the occassions we discussed family events on our extended work breaks. Time will heal your heart.

My sincere condolences to the Bone family as you grieve the loss of your very wonderful mother. I have shared many fond memories with the Bone family over the years, a truly great loss for all who had the privilege of knowing and loving Lois, Sincerely, Debbie & Family.

The kindest, most accepting Aunt you could hope to have, who made many summers at the cottage so much fun for her nieces and nephews, not to mention all her family and friends.  We will miss her always.  Love, Dale.

We, all four of us, fondly remember the "Bone" neighbourhood rink.  We spent many hours, winter after winter on that rink with every other kid in the neighbourhood.  Lois would teach the girls how to be fabulous figure skaters.  And, after we would play defense in a game of hockey, often followed with hot chocolate.  Suzanne, Lynn, Bev, and Carol, ( the Lidster girls) would like to send our sincere thoughts and condolences to the family. Cherish all those happy, fun memories.

Jeff and I were saddened to learn of Lois' passing. We remember her fondly as a true cottager on Beech Lake.  She loved her gardens, jigsaw puzzles, figure skating and family of course.  She likely was in the lake earlier and later than most fellow cottagers.  We had fun dancing with her and Ron and enjoying a Carribean cruise.  Please accept our sincere condolences.

Although I have never met your Mom, Lisa, I have certainly had the pleasure of spending time with YOU.  I'm assuming your Mom had something to do with the character you are today......and so, there is great reason to assume she will leave large holes in many lives.

A loving, caring Mother not only to her son's and daughter, but to all their friends who she welcomed with open arms into the Bone house and cottage.
So it was fitting that open arms were there to welcome her into her final home, Heaven.

So many memories of this strong, gentle, fun-loving, beautiful person.  Babies would be quickly soothed by her wonderful warmth, flowers bloomed profusely under her care, tippy canoes would be calmed on brisk waters, and friends and loved ones could always count on her for guidance, kindness and trustworthiness.  My most heartfelt love and sympathy for a great loss.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

Always known as my cottage Grandma, I would always stop over for a quick chat and a smile. You were the first to hold me and my kids when we each were born and made our first trip to the cottage.
