Peacefully at the Lakeridge Health Oshawa after a courageous battle with cancer on Sunday, December 16th, 2012 in her 78th year. Beloved wife of the late William (2004). Loving mother of Peter (Terry), Bill (Lynne) and Brent (Barb). Cherished grandmother of Adam (Candice), Brandon (Sonia), Stacey (Steve), Jason (Carli), Tammy (Kyle), Marianne and Barbara (Dave) and Great Grandmother of Emmeri, Dakota, Tommy, Ella, Maddy, Julia, Savannah and Carson. Dear sister of Lou Pitcher (Em) and predeceased by brothers Harvey, John and Gord. Will be missed by nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Thursday, December 20th, 2012 from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m. and on Friday, December 21st, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. until time of the Funeral Service in the Chapel at 11:00 a.m. Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
