After a brief illness at Lakeridge Health Oshawa, with family and friends by his side, on Saturday, August 15th, 2015 at 41 years of age. Dear son of the late Allan Sytnyk and the late Betty Beggs. Much loved and cherished younger brother of Ellen Morrison (Mike) and Wendy Gales (Darrin). Adored uncle of Jordan and Jared Mercieca. He will be sadly missed by his friends Ron, Tim, Mike, Joe, Jon, Chuck, Amanda, his extended family and many acquaintances. A Memorial Reception will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Wednesday, August 19th from 6 – 8 p.m. Interment of Cremated Remains will be held on Thursday, August 20th at 11:00 a.m. at Union Cemetery, Oshawa. Memorial donations to Canadian Cancer Society or SickKids Foundation would be appreciated.
