Passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Thursday, June 26th, 2014, at the age of 70. Beloved husband of Betsy “Betty”. Loving father of Guy (Jo-Ann), Annette (Michele), Jeannette (Jim), Claudette (John), and Colette (Michael). Cherished grandfather of Angelica, Jessica, Alyshea, Lauren, Austyn, Broden, Little Mau, Layla, Aryanna, and great grandfather of Connor T.H. Survived by siblings Yolande, Roger and Real. Maurice will be sadly missed by extended family and friends. Visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West on Sunday, June 29th from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at ST. PHILIP THE APOSTLE CATHOLIC CHURCH (1314 Oxford Street, Oshawa) on Monday, June 30th at 10:30 a.m. Memorial donations may be made to the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 637.
