Passed away quietly with her loving family by her side at Orchard Villa on Wednesday, February 24th, 2016 at the age of 92. Predeceased by her husband of 58 years, Vern (2007). Survived by brother, Bill. Babs leaves behind her daughter Sue (Howard); sons, Mark (Carolyn), Jim and Rick and step-daughters Leona (Pete) and Donna (Peter). She also leaves behind many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family and friends. Memorial visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Friday, March 4th, 2016 from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m. Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday, March 5th at 11:00 a.m. Memorial donations to the charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
