Peacefully at the Ajax-Pickering Hospital on Wednesday, December 27th, 2011 in her 77th year. Beloved wife of Zoran. Loving mother of Jadranka Stanesic (Branko). Cherished Baka of Sandy LaHaye (Guy) and Chrissy Poole (Derek) and Stara Baka also to Lilianna, Luka and Sophia. Dear sister of the late Josip Gajsak from Vancouver. Remembered by many nieces, nephews, family and friends in Canada, Croatia and Europe. Visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West, Oshawa (905-721-1234) on Tuesday, January 3rd, 2012 from 6 – 8 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday, January 4th at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Thornton Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations made to the Princess Margaret Hospital or the R.S. McLaughlin Cancer Centre would be appreciated.
