Peacefully at her residence, with family by her side, on Tuesday, January 13th, 2026 in her 89th year. Predeceased by her beloved husband Paul Joseph Larochelle (2023) of 67 years of marriage. Daughter of Susannah Vincent and Owen McCarthy of North Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada. Loving Mother of Paula Larochelle Murphy (Patrick Murphy), Denise Larochelle (Harry Brinkhof), Paul Larochelle (Mireille Babin-Larochelle). Cherished Nana of Karim (Isabelle), Kyle, Ryan (Ashley), Alexander (Nicole), Jordan (Melanie), Philippe (Jana), Aaron and Amélie. Great Nana and fondly remembered by Kayden, Abigail, Olive, Isabelle, Olivia, Sawyer, Esmé, Romie, Isla, Mara, Nikita & Nina.
Mom will be remembered for her great love of family, her love for her husband and children, and for the profound joy she found in her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will also be remembered for her nurturing spirit and unwavering dedication, and for always working hard to care for them and keep them close. She will be dearly missed. A private family service and internment will be held at a later date (as per Pat's request and wishes).
