Every day that included having a coffee break with Phil was a better day for it. His humourous and caring approach to his work brought me back to the reality that what we did was important to people and was worth doing well. I met Phil in August of this year. Though I knew him only for a short time, I learned quickly that he was a great man. He was always a joy to talk to - warm and friendly. He will be missed here at Regency Manor. Rest in Peace.

Since you were some years younger than me, we didn't hang around together but I do remember you from the many, many visits to your parents.
