Ruby Norma Stoneburg Stacey

Peacefully, following a lengthy illness, at her home in Whitby with her family by her side on Christmas Day, December 25th, 2012. Ruby Norma (nee Stoneburg), in her 76th year. Beloved wife of the late William Graham (Bill) Stacey. Lovingly remembered by her companion Gil Pounder and his family. Dear mother of Debra (Tim Cullen), Bill (Cindy), Gary (Cindy), Kathy Sallis and Carla (Tony Williams). Dear sister of Joan DesRoches and Don (Michelle) Stoneburg. Loving Nana to Tim, Amy, Billy, Todd, Michael, Lyndsie, Jenny, Tanya, Kaitlin, Andrew, Sarah, Derek, Mitchell, Kurt and Eric. Lovingly remembered by her five great grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents Almon and Lola Stoneburg, her brother Roy and her sister Leona. Special thanks to Kamal and Lilia of St. Elizabeth for their gentle care and support. Visitation will be held at the OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West, (905-721-1234) on Friday, December 28th, 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday, December 29th at 2:30 p.m. Interment Groveside Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Hospital for Sick Children – Toronto would be greatly appreciated.
