Peacefully, after a lengthy illness on Wednesday, November 23rd, 2011 at the Community Care Nursing Home Pickering, at 87 years of age. Beloved wife of the late Melville McKinley. Survived by her daughter Marilyn and her husband Lucien Chiasson, and her son Marcel McKinley. Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Rachelle, Tyrone, Michael and Megan. Stella was a long and beloved member of the CAW Auxiliary. Visitation will be held at the OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Thursday, December 1st from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Friday, December 2nd at 1:00 p.m. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society, Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Humane Society of Durham Region would be appreciated.
