Our precious and beautiful boy, Tommy passed into Eternal Life on Monday July 21, 2025, at the age of 38.
Tommy is the cherished and treasured youngest child of Paul (deceased) and Janey Loder. He is the beloved brother of Tamara (Barry), Sean, Anthony, Joseph (Kaylynn), Mary (Mark), and John (Laura).
He is lovingly remembered by his nieces and nephew; he is sadly missed by his numerous cousins and friends. Our family extends our special thanks to his close cousin, Peter, Aunt Veronica, Uncle Jim, Aunt Paula and Uncle Dave for their love and faith in action.
Tommy was full of life, energy and charisma. He was a superb athlete, well educated, self-sacrificing, heroic and brave, especially to those whose lives he saved. He was gracious, kind, loyal, witty, generous to a fault, and had a heart filled with compassion for others, especially the suffering and the dying.
Thomas greatly loved God, and his Catholic faith. Tommy is immensely loved by his family and friends.
We prayerfully anticipate the day we will all be re-united with God in heaven. Our Lord alone knows how much we miss and love him. May his most precious soul rest in the Hearts of Jesus and Mary, and may the holy angels and saints watch over him and keep him, and all who have passed.
“Father, into Your Hands I commend my Spirit”
We especially thank Father Marijan Sisko for immediately coming to administer the Sacrament of the Sick and Dying to our Tommy. We thank Father Jim Kelly for his gracious counselling and celebration of the Funeral Mass.
We thank our loving family and friends for their love, encouragement, support, and lovely flowers and prepared meals.
We thank the staff at Oshawa Funeral Home for their tireless efforts on our behalf.
