Passed away suddenly in her 90th year at her son’s home in Georgetown on Friday, November 15th, 2013. Beloved wife of the late Peter Salowski. Dear mother of Irene (Mrs. Bill Hayball) of Oshawa, John and his wife Fran of Georgetown and Les and his husband Dayle Steenson of Pickering. Loving grandmother of Kelly Speirs-Beatty and her husband Chris of Bowmanville, Derric Salowski and his wife Anne of Brampton and Jennifer Salowski of Brampton. Cherished great-grandmother of Emily and Mia Salowski. Mother-in-law of the late Col. Wm. F. Hayball of Oshawa. Special mother to Dave Barrett of Etobicoke. Visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Tuesday, November 19th from 2 - 4 and 7 – 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday, November 20th at 1:00 p.m. Cremation. Interment of cremated remains at Oshawa Union Cemetery on Friday, November 22nd.
