Passed away with family by her side at the Lakeridge Health – Oshawa on Saturday, April 19th, 2014 in her 79th year. Dearly beloved wife of Ted for 55 years. Loving mother of Natalie Weissbach, Christine Manson (Chris) and predeceased by Stanley. Cherished grandmother of Mickey, Angie, Jade, Stashiu, Kayla, Ashley and Tyler. Dear sister of the late Maria, Olga, Ruzia and Michael. Sister-in-law of Bob and Irene Kurhan, Steve Kurhan and the late Irene. Survived by sister-in-law Stephanie Halkin and brother-in-law Wasyl Makar. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Wednesday, April 23rd, 2014 from 2 – 4 & 7 – 9 p.m. Panachyda at 7:30 p.m. Divine Liturgy of Christian Burial will be held at ST. GEORGE THE GREAT MARTYR UKRAINIAN CATHOLIC CHURCH (597 Albert St. Oshawa) on Thursday, April 24th at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at St. Wolodymyr and St. Olha Cemetery.
