Juan Luis Torres Rizo

Juan Luis Torres Rizo, age 39, of Othello Washington, was found shot to death July 10, 2013. He was born in La Ermita Guanajuato Mexico on July 30, 1973 to his parents, Anna Maria Rizo Arellano and Lorenzo Torres Sanchez. He was married to Maria Antonia Larios Tovar on July 9, 2011, in Othello. Juan worked hard for 12 years as a laborer in Orchard just outside of town. He had loved his work.
