Suddenly on Friday, February 28, 2014 in Myrtle Beach, at the age of 75. Predeceased by his wife Louise Trudel, his mother Margaret, step-father Jack and father William. Much loved father of Michele Armstrong (Lloyd), John (Shirley), Guy (Becky) and Marc (Sheryl). Cherished grandfather of Todd, Matthew, Ashley, Nathan, Samantha and Kyle. Great grandfather of Hailey, Ashley, Stephanie and Destiny. Step-brother of Joan (John). Survived by his step-mother Dorothy van Kralingen. Family will receive friends at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home, 1411 Hunt Club Road at Albion Road, on Friday, March 7th from 3-5 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Mass Saturday, March 8th at 10 am in St. Bernard’s Church. In memoriam donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
