M. Bernard « Bernie » Boult

Décédé à l’Hôpital Général d’Ottawa le samedi 14 mai 2011, à l’âge de 71 ans. Il était le fils de feu Élie Boult et de feu Dolores Meloche. Il laisse dans le deuil son épouse bien-aimée Annette Boult née Séguin; ses chers enfants Natalie (Mario Vieni), Gaëtan (Andrea) et Gabriel (Jessica Russell), ainsi que ses petits-enfants adorés Justin, Isabelle et Mason. Il laisse également sa sœur Murielle (Gerry Séguin), plusieurs nièces, neveux, cousin(e)s, belles-sœurs, beaux-frères, et amis. Il fut prédécédé par son frère Carol et sa sœur Micheline (Germain Châtelain). Un remerciement spécial au personnel du 5ième étage Nord-Est de l’Hôpital Général d’Ottawa, à l’équipe des soins palliatifs de Bruyère, à l’Agence « We Care », ainsi qu’au Centre d’accès aux soins communautaire (CASC) pour les excellents soins prodigués. La famille invite parents at amis à la Maison Funéraire Racine, Robert & Gauthier 180, ch. Montréal, Ottawa On (613-241-3680) le jeudi 19 mai 2011 de 14h30 à 16h30 et de 19h à 21h. Passed away at the Ottawa General Hospital on Saturday May 14, 2011 at the age of 71. Son of the late Elie Boult and the late Dolores Meloche. Beloved husband of Annette Boult nee Séguin. Loving father of Natalie (Mario Vieni), Gaëtan (Andrea) and Gabriel (Jessica Russell). Cherished grandfather of Justin, Isabelle and Mason. He will be dearly remembered by his sister Murielle (Gerry Séguin) and by many nieces, nephews, cousins, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-laws and friends. Predeceased by his brother Carol and by his sister Micheline (Germain Châtelain). Special thank you to all the staff from 5th floor North-West of the Ottawa General Hospital, the palliative care team at Elisabeth Bruyère, the “We Care” Agency and the Ottawa Community Care Access Centre (CCAC) for their excellent care.
