I remember when I first met braedan, my little cousin, when his family first moved back to Canada from Ireland. Instantly we became best friends. Braedan was my partner in crime and little brother. I would rush home from morning kindergarten and be so excited to spend the rest of the afternoon playing with him. The "Little Bugger" as our grandma and Josie would say. As we got older, we stayed close and Braedan was always my favourite buddy. My favourite weekends were spent at their house in whitby. We used to play G.I Joe, go on adventures, and have the best time. Anytime Braedan was there, I was instantly happy and the day improved. From going to Tobermory, back-country camping in Algonquin, running and playing hide and seek in the forest at the cottage, and floating the raft into the middle of the lake on a windy day with no paddle, Braedan has been there for so many of my favourite memories. The sweetest  soul with the kindest heart. I will love you and miss you forever. I'm so sorry.

Whenever I worked with Braedan, he would always place his ladders too horizontal which would always make me laugh because I kept telling him that it might slide. But he always assured me that it was “fine like this” . 
I guess he was right because he never fell. 
I have a couple more daring ladder photos of Braedan. But I thought this photo would be enough. 
Thanks for the good times Braedan, you will be missed.

I’m so sorry.. this has come as a huge shock to me. I only worked with him for a short while but he was a well meaning kind and generous guy. I hope his family is able to find peace someday. I’m very sorry for this unfortunate loss

Braeden was the coolest guy at work!
I would steal him away at parties to hangout with the girls while the degenerates played beer pong and yelled at each other. 
He was smart and kind with a beautiful smile that was shy and true.
I will miss him dearly!

Autumn always spoke so highly of Braeden. He was loved by many and had a sweet, caring heart. He deserved so much more from life. May he rest in peace and live on in memories and love he inspired onto others. My heart goes out to his loving sister Caitlin, grandpa, aunt, uncles, loving cousins and friends❤️

Hats off to my brother Neil who gave Braedan one of his best holidays ever when he brought Braedan  on his road trip to the Maritime provinces.    They met up with our cousins Heather and Theresa, and their kids.  They had a fantastic time and Braedan enjoyed it immensely.
Neil did a  lot for  Braedan and Braedan himself said so in the  their last phone call together on the Monday night before Wednesday.
Little things like that brought light into Braedan's life and it is sad that there can never be a Maritimes 2.0.

Braedan was a kind-hearted, funny, spirited and intelligent young man. I’m sure it would be hard to not be any of those things after growing up alongside Caitlin. It truly was admirable how close the two of them were and how they stuck by each other’s side through thick and thin. Words do not come easily in a time like this, when your best friend loses someone they loved with their whole heart. I can’t begin to imagine the pain that is felt by all his close friends and family after such a devastating loss. My condolences to everyone that was touched by him in their life, and to everyone that helped shape him into the amazing young man he was. May Braeden rest in eternal peace. 🤍
