After a struggle with lung cancer, Carole passed away on May 10, 2023. Dearly missed by her beloved daughters Donna (Robert) and Lorraine “Lorrie”. Survived by her sister Angela. Carole was born in Newcastle, New Brunswick on August 7th, 1942 and was the youngest child of Joseph and Elodia Galliah. She was a long time employee of St. Vincent’s Hospital in Ottawa as a R.N.A. Her sense of humor and quick wit will be forever missed. She will be laid to rest in St. Mary’s churchyard in New Brunswick. The family would like to extend their sincerest gratitude to all of the staff at Starwood Nursing Home for their excellent care and attentiveness. Donations in Carole’s name may be made to the Ottawa Humane Society or the Canadian Cancer Society.
